DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nutritional Guidance comes with all personal training plans but is also offered as its own plan to go more in depth and really dig into habits, dietary needs etc.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

It is highly recommended that everyone have at least, a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat. These tools offer versatile options for strength training, resistance exercises, and flexibility workouts. Incorporating these items into your fitness routine allows for a well-rounded approach to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. However, we can work with what you have!
